Traffic control will be implemented around the high-speed rail station square in three phases. The control times and routes can be found in the announcements on the website. The methods of control are as follows:
1. Around the New Year’s Eve party venue, three-phase traffic control will be in effect from December 31, 2023, at 15:00, to January 1, 2024, at 01:00. Vehicles will be prohibited from entering the area. The public is advised to plan and reroute in advance when traveling around the area during the control period.
2. Parking in the controlled areas around the venue, taxi queue areas, and police vehicle parking zones, including parking spaces and roadside areas, is prohibited during the control period. Vehicles originally parked in these areas should leave before noon on December 30, 2023. Vehicles that fail to leave on time will be forcibly moved to the Yongchun Parking Lot, and the vehicle owner will be responsible for the parking fees.
– Taxi Queue Area: The control period is from 08:00 on December 31, 2023, to 01:00 on January 1, 2024.
– Qingyuan Road (section from West Road in front of the high-speed rail station to Qingjing Road) on one side.
– Qingjing Road (section from the third section of Linghang South Road to Qingyuan Road) on one side.
– Police Vehicle Parking Area: The control period is from 08:00 on December 31, 2023, to 01:00 on January 1, 2024.
– The third section of Linghang South Road (from the second section of West Road in front of the high-speed rail station to the second section of East Road in front of the high-speed rail station) on the slow lane on one side.
– Qingshang Road (section from the second section of West Road in front of the high-speed rail station to the second section of East Road in front of the high-speed rail station) on the side near Gongqi Park.
For this New Year’s event, special free shuttle buses are available for the public. Additionally, people can choose to take existing public buses, the Airport MRT, taxis, or drive their cars or motorcycles to the event venue.

In our city, the rehabilitation bus service is divided into two areas based on the residential area of passengers: North Taoyuan Area (including Taoyuan District, Bade District, Guishan District, Daxi District, Luzhu District, Dayuan District, Fuxing District) and South Taoyuan Area (including Zhongli District, Pingzhen District, Yangmei District, Longtan District, Guanyin District, Xinwu District).
